Shipping damage — what should I do?
When you receive the goods, it's important to check the packaging immediately for any damage. If you notice any damage, do the following:
- Report the damage directly to the carrier/driver so it is recorded and photos can be taken on site.
- If you accept the package anyway, you should state that you accept it with reservations.
Alternatively, you may refuse acceptance so the item is returned. - Take your own photos of the packages and any damage.
- Open the packages immediately and check whether the items are also damaged.
- If the item is damaged, take photos and contact the shipping company — or us — as soon as possible and no later than 3 days.
- Send photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged item to us at: info@supersellers.dk
We will help you handle the damage claim
