You will receive a return number that must be noted on the package or on a label.

To ensure a quick processing, please note the following:

    1. The item must be undamaged.
    2. The item must be in its original and undamaged packaging.
    3. The item must be marked with the return number provided by SuperSellerS and preferably accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice.
    4. The item must be returned to the address: SuperSellerS - Vidtskue Vej 12, 7100 Vejle.

SuperSellerS reserves the right to charge 15% of the invoice price as a handling fee, but at least DKK 150,- for handling returned goods that comply with the above rules.

If returned goods are damaged or returned in non-original, overwritten or damaged packaging, any credit will depend on the costs we incur for inspection, depreciation of the item, repackaging, etc.

IMPORTANT:

• An item with a value under DKK 350,- will not be accepted for return.
• Supersellers do not collect return parcels from post offices or parcel lockers.
• Custom-made items or items ordered on request are not accepted for return.
